Growth Spells is a zine that collects a portion of an ongoing series of the same name, of drawings as result of experimental ritual. Both words in the series title have dual meaning: growth referring to the nature of the drawings as they take shape, as well as personal change and transformation; spell as in a stretch of time, as well as a space of enchantment. Each drawing is imbued with a temporal memory and acts as a portal to flow state, time travel, and ego loss.
